Questions

Buying

Is everything authentic?

Yes. Every piece is checked by hand in the Manchester showroom before it goes on the rail. If it is not right, it is not listed.

What condition are the pieces in?

It varies by piece, from brand new with tags to well-worn archive finds. Every listing carries a condition rating and any wear worth knowing about is called out in the description and photos. If you want a closer look at something, message us on WhatsApp and we send more.

Can I hold a piece?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the piece and the size and we set it aside for 24 hours. Online, a piece stays live until it is paid for, so a hold is the only way to be sure of it.

Can I see a piece before I buy?

Yes. The showroom is open seven days, by appointment. Thirty minutes with the rail to yourself. Book a viewing and tell us what you want pulled before you arrive.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Delivery and returns

When will my order be sent?

Order before 2pm and it leaves the same day. After 2pm it goes out the next working day. We post Monday to Friday, not on bank holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Everything goes Royal Mail, tracked.

UK standard: 2 to 5 working days. UK express: 1 to 2 working days.

International standard: 2 to 4 weeks. International express: 1 to 2 weeks.

UK delivery is free on orders over £75. If your order has not arrived in that window, message us and we chase it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide, tracked. Delivery times are above. Any import duties on arrival are set by your country, not by us.

Can I return an order?

Read the returns policy first, then message us on WhatsApp or by email and we sort it from there.

Selling and trading

Can I sell my pieces to you?

Yes, if it is a piece we do not see every day. The showroom has an aesthetic and everything on the rail has to earn its place. See what we buy, then send photos on WhatsApp. No forms, no waiting on email.

How does trading work?

If we want the piece you get two offers: cash, or store credit. Credit is always the higher of the two and it works online as well as in the showroom. Each piece is worked out on its own, on the day.

What are you not buying right now?

The list changes with what is selling. The current one is on the Sell / Trade page. Replicas, fast fashion and heavily damaged pieces are never on it.
